Monthly Plan

Monthly programming with periodized training blocks and customized exercise progressions to help you train painfree and prevent future injury.

  • 1-on-1 60 minute session per month
  • Mobility/strength assessment
  • Movement analysis
  • Education on probable source of pain and how to address it
  • Customized exercise program
  • Reassessment of goals, performance, and screening of body function on a monthly basis

  • Those who are unfamiliar with proper training techniques
  • Those who want continued load management programming
  • Those who do well with frequent guidance and accountability check-ins
