- Those with new or minor injuries
- Those seeking education on injury prevention and load management
- Those who are highly independent and have experience with injury management and training techniques

Choose from a 6 or 10 visit package in which your therapist will guide you through a comprehensive plan of care to completely address your goals.

- 6 or 10, 1-on-1 60min sessions

- Exercise progressions, education, and access to your therapist throughout your entire POC

- Those who want more guidance through the rehab process

Monthly Plan
Monthly programming with periodized training blocks and customized exercise progressions to help you train painfree and prevent future injury.
What you’ll get:
- 1-on-1 60 minute session per month
- Mobility/strength assessment
- Movement analysis
- Education on probable source of pain and how to address it
- Customized exercise program
- Reassessment of goals, performance, and screening of body function on a monthly basis
For:
- Those who are unfamiliar with proper training techniques
- Those who want continued load management programming
- Those who do well with frequent guidance and accountability check-ins
